Two simple matters that could have readily been resolved with a 10 minute phone call through customer support have resulted in belabored, unresolved matters regarding outstanding monies owed to my business. This company is kidding if it thinks it can remain in operation with NO phone communication with its customers. I am so annoyed since the email responses are days apart and offer generic and general answers. This is the LAST transaction I conduct with Square!!! I promise.
It appears it is probably some computer geek in a garage pretending to be an actual business.
