These two brothers running this business are terrible. I called for an appointment on Friday. Which they said they were busy and could not get there until Monday AM (8:00). I called their answering service at 9:00,10:15 and 1:00 without any call back. They called them but I received no return call. I called again after hours ~ 6:30 and one of the brothers finally called back and said he would get there on Tuesday Am around 9:00. It was explained that we needed it to be early that day as we were under an extremlely tight schedule and needed the service within a certain specified time. He called at 9:20 and said it might be later around 10:00 but could not guarantee he would be there in 40 minutes. He said he would call his brother to call me within 30 minutes to schedule for Wednesday AM. It is now Wednesday PM and still no call. If you want Electrical services done do not call Russo Electric.
