McClanhan, FieldStaff, Utility Repairs: none give names. Davey Tree dba CP 3 well return cut dead trees 07 27 refuse to cut

We moved to a rural dead end utility line on our side. Annual cuts causes l-dimensional trees l00' high. Strong wind down they go on exterior/internal lines endangerment. We have begged CenterPoint to bury the lines. Last yr CP Davey Tree dba had 22 males climbing over the cherry picker heights cutting limbs (stupid macho danger & illegals no can speaka English—refused produce ID's) Cost with l7 oversized vehicles requested one office person claimed $10.90! 3/15 other roads having DEAD trees inside property cut down.

Davey Trees comes looks at trees: cuts healthy ones—we'll return to cut dead trees. Nothing until 7 27 12 male claims "we won't cut any!" June a dead tree fell in the night—power out, no CP until 9PM next day: did nothing said we have to repair, replace box. Called again because they didn't shut off power-didn't say what needed repaired.
