I am among the many that have felt the rath of AT&T. I called about two months ago to change my rate plan and had to recently cxl my service because I received a 1000 bill due to someone not changing my plan and also being given mis-information. After fighting with 6 different customer service rep's who I might add all told me something totally different I cxlled my service because I couldnt afford such a high bill. It was a clear error on their part but I have to pay for the mistake. What a shame.
