I have lived at this complex for about three years. The management company has always been slow to repsond. For the most part it was a hassle working with them. It eventually got worse. They eventually didn't respond at all. This was the case when a leak started. The walls were saturated from upstairs to downstairs and water was setting on the floor.
After two months and several emails and voice messages a manager called me and told me he thought the leak was fixed. He later in the same conversation said that they were waiting on contractor bids to come back. When the roof company did finally come out and fix the roof it did not fix the leak. The management company didn't believe me when I said the leak was still there.By this time mold was growing and I had to move all my stuff out of the closet and my place looked like a storage unit.
They finally found the leak but they left the walls stained and left many of the problems. My stove still doesn't work. The wood floor stairs is warped from the leak, and there is mold growing in the bathroom. The manager called and pretty acted like he was to good for these issues. It felt like he was just rolling his eyes at me.
