Added charges to my Amazon account/Chase card without my consent or knowledge

I was charged by BBV HotBooksale.com through my Amazon/Chase charge card. I have never heard of these people. First, I was charged $19.95 by BBV Hot Book Sale and then charged $9.95 by BBV rebategiant.com. This was all done without my consent or knowledge.
