I am writing this letter to inform you about the offensive and unacceptable behavior of Safeway Cashier, SENAIT, at the Safeway store in San Francisco located at 1335 Webster Street, California 94115. I went to shop at Safeway today, as I do regularly. After I paid for everything and was about to leave, I found out my recipe on which says Join the Safeway Club today. So I noticed that I didnt get any discounts on what I got today. But I did show her my Safeway Club Card and was making sure she did see it. Plus, she has been acting a really bad attitude. When I got back try to talk to her. I was not saying anything except excuse me. But she already knew what I was about to say to her. So I m sure she did it on purpose. Then she offensively responsed me "I m helping other customers." Besides, she didnt say sorry to me at least!
I has been loyal customers of Safeway stores since I have been here.in that time, I have never been more offended and disrespected than I was today by SENAIT. I know that reputation is everything and the treatment I received today, from Senait was just too offensive not to report. I trust you will take the appropriate measure to ensure SENAIT%u2019s actions do not become acceptable customer service practice at Safeway. Otherwise, I and my friend have seen she was arguing with a customer before.
