On 12-17-11 Omaha Steaks sent a gift from a friend to me and on 12-21-11 a tenent who rents at the address where i work that the package was sent to found it in the bushes with a stem from the bush through the package. I called Omaha Steak and they stated the package was delivered on 12-20-11 which it was not, it was the 21st. The UPS driver must have screwed up and brought it the next day which was the 21st of Dec but UPS said it was delivered on the 20th and thanks to both companies they ruined my Christmas due to me not receiving what was to be my gift from friends who were trying to do good. But Omaha Steaks said this happens ALL the Time with UPS so instead of not ruining peoples holiday they keep using UPS to screw up peoples packages and i would never tell anybody to use either company due to no concern on either side. Omaha did say they would replace it but by the time i would receive it it would be after the holidays that my friends were trying to make better for me since i have had health problems and financial problems and now it has been ruined. UPS did not care at all they really did even say sorry about the mess up, they didnt even want to help. DO NOT TRUST EITHER COMPANY because if OMAHA STEAKS cared they would find another delivery service and if UPS cared thet would have fired that driver for shoving the package into the bushes and ruining what was inside.
My friends paid good money for NOTHING BUT HARTACHE. This is not good business from either company
