Received one in the mail I took the bait

I received a "Approval Certificate" in the mail today and researched the company and lo and behold I came across this site. Thanks for enlightening me. I have delt with this company before. I tried to find out what the merchandise was before sending in the money. The company would not discuss it unles I opened the account. I thought that was strange so I didn't mess with it. I am wondering if there is anyway of getting their business shut down? Surely there is a law against taking people's money and not agree to the contract. If anyone knows please help!!!
