This company has a great policy. They find you a moving company and regardless of the service they keep their money for the deposit no matter what.
I was told it would be no problem to have my items delivered from Cleveland to Wilmington, NC by Jun 2. Items delivered not until Jun 15th. Not only late from when customer service stated it would be no problem but 3 days late from what the contract/estimate states.
Trying to get information was insane. I was transferred and placed on voicemails with no returned calls. Oh but on the day that their subcontractor was here all of a sudden someone but not the manager wanted to help me. Which didn't happen.
This company gets 25% of any estimate they do. My estimate was $2500. They got over $770 of my dollars and are now saying no to any refunds. I'm not looking for a total refund but something.
I was the one sleeping on the air bed with a bad back, buying clothes for a new job, and food since my items never came on time.
Please do not use them!
Go with a local company in your area that will come to your house.
