I noticed that todayican charged me twice for the same thing, a book. I tried to called the number listed on my credit card bill several times. Every single time a recording gave me the times the business was open. I was calling within their business time every time. No answer.
I tried to go back on line to contact them by email. No information available on where to email them or how to get help with this issue. Very frustrating.
As of this writing, I have no resolution to this problem. Do not want to spend more money to resolve this.
