I contracted with John Entrekin dba Smoky Mountain Iron Works to install a motorized driveway gate. After months of the gate not working I told him to either fix it or dig it up and give me my money back. He told me to "tell it to the Judge" that he wasn't coming back. I did and won the suit. He appealed and did not even bother to show up. When I sent an e-mail stating I wanted to collect he told me to "get in line that he was closing the business". Today I saw a lawyer and found that there are multiple suits and he has indeed closed the business. Please never do any business with this person under any business name. He is rude and unresponsive and his mode of operation is to intimidate. This is a warning to avoid like the plague. I will likely never collect the judgement. Buyer Beware.
