ToShip (actually Aaron Watson, a one man band) advertise that they freight forward packages from the USA worldwide. I used ToShip for shipping a package I had purchased from the USA to Australia.
At first, ToShip promptly provided a package tracking number, and I had the package delivered to them on 1JUN04. It took many expediting emails from me to obtain confirmation of the shipping cost. When eventually I received the confirmation of costs on 25JUN04, I immediately paid ToShip using PayPal.
Since then ToShip have refused to answer any expediting emails from me and I have not received the package. I appear to have been the victim of a scam where ToShip seize the goods and keep the shipping costs.
Before using ToShip I conducted an internet search and turned up no adverse reports. Recently, I have found many reports similar to mine indicating ToShip appears to be regularly ripping off its customers.
My advice to anyone looking for a freight forwarder for packages is to learn by the mistakes of others and avoid ToShip absolutely to avoid being ripped off.
