Iordered the OG-7200 commercial ozone generator from these people on Aug. 6 2010. Their come-on website advertising promised2-3 day priority mail delivery from a Las
Vegas manufacturing facility. The VISA charge postedimmediately. After three weeks, andthree unanswered inquiries as to the status of my order, I discovered that these scamsters run multiple shill websiteswith aggressive internet advertising. Their customer/tech support phone line is an answering machine&and ablack hole of no response to customer inquiries. I called the sales number&they are Johnnyon the spot with new orders&and spoke with some guy identifying himself asMicky. He promised a follow up on my orderstatus. No return phone call or emailfrom him.
The tollfree customer service number (800) 549-9535 they provide with the email order confirmation is bogus and disconnected.
I checkedout the physical address locations using Bing maps&the headquarters is alower middleclass residential address in Cheyanne Wy, and the Manufacturingfacility is the rear door of a dilapidated junkyard in Las Vegas (which helpsexplain the home made look of their products&if they even make a product).
Afterseveral weeks they posted a USPS tracking number. The postal service website stated that thistracking number is merely an electronic notice by a shipper of an intention toship¬ a shipment. 10 days laterthe priority mail shipment had still not arrived.
Thankgoodness for VISA. I called my cardprovider, documented the transaction, and they removed the charge from my account. Let your credit card company spank the skank for you&no grief from an unscrupulousvendor. This guy has lots of complaintsagainst him.
