As a recent college graduate, I had posted my resume on a number of job web sites. While searching for a career, I came a cross an ad posted by Bellstar Promotions. I applied for it because they do not require any experience. I was called for my primary interview which only lasted about 5 minutes. I was asked if I can come for my second interview which is actually an observation. I said yes but I have to request another day off from my current employer.
In addition, the lady who interviewd me asked me when can I start if I pass the second interview and I said at least a week. Because I have to give a week to two weeks notice to my current employer. She was like that is too much, we want you to start immediately which I consider unprofessional to do. Anyways, I requested a day off from work. I also did more research about the company and did not find much info.
Luckily, I came a report at usacomplaints.com which was very similiar to my situation. But I decided to go and give it a try and see if what I read about it was TRUE. I was not told in the primary interview that there is NO salary and it's only commission based. And on their ad it shows $35,000 salary to start plus commission.
