This employee of a popular restaurant in Edmonds uses his authority and position as head bartender to evaluate mental and physical state of customers so that he can exploit them in unprofessional and harmful ways. He did this with me and it has caused me ongoing harm in my life. I tried multiple times to report this to his employer Scotts Bar and Grill, to no avail.
