I placed an order Saturday afternoon for flowers for my Mother's birthday - she was going to be out at the lake w / family and I thought it would be nice to send them to her there - I placed the order online - got one heck of a deal - I THOUGHT - turns out around 4ish Sun - I text my Aunt and she said nothing has arrived - so I CALL - and OOPS, then they tell me they cannot deliver on Sunday - I should have been told this within hrs. Of placing my order - NOT 24 hrs. Later - SO - I talk w / a sup. That is going to handle this for me and resubmit the order for Mon. And give me another 30% discount. - I was once pleased again. UNTIL today - I go online to check my bank account - NOW I have 157. Dollars and some change charged to my bank account - AND I AM OVER DRAWN - I had 70 bucks to spend on flowers - not 157. I paid bills w / the rest - and now I have another 35$ charge from my bank. - WAITING FOR ANOTHER supervisor to call me back now. - Needless to say I will post this review where ever I can get it posted - FACEBOOK, Twitter, every where!!! - I am going to make sure every one knows what kind of company I had to deal w / and make sure they know you are not one to do business with. - So my mother is still w/o her bday flowers today - and I am still with out my 157. For 7/10 days - WHAT A JOKE! - They NOW tell me it was impossible to send flowers to this location! - After talking w / a supervisor. - do not do business with this company trust me - they will fail you too!
