Ripoff dishonest fraudulent pay practices

I decided to seek other employment with a competior. I submitted my last commisions in the amount of $1500.00. When I went to pick up my check on 8/27/04 there was a memo stating Pursuant to company policy, commissions is based onthe employee leaving in good standing status, the time frame for commissions paid is up to the sole discretion of management. Needless to say, employment with a competior precludes you from "good standing" status.

IN addition of not getting paid as discussed with you at your time of resignation, you are in position of company documents that must be returned at your earliest convenience. Failure to return these documents in a timely manner may have legal consequences. The only documents I have is copies of my sales.
