I just wanted to let contractors and customers know that I tried this service and it's a ripoff.
They sent me a lead, I paid $35 bucks and it was a dead lead. Email address they gave me was invalid, phone number they gave me never picked up the phone. I must of called like 20 times and still no service.
So I tried to contact this company with in an hour of purchasing the lead. The only way you can contact them is by email, no live person, no contact number no email address just a generic service email, no physical address.
They declined my request for a refund, they said they reviewed my complaint and declined it?
What was the review? Um we sold you a lead and the email address is invalid and nobody answered the phone that is not a valid reason to get your refund?
This company is a SCAM! Home Owners do NOT use these company online that promise to get you estimates cause all they do is sell your personal information to anybody including CONVICTS!
They have no real legitimate back round checks on who they sell your info to... All you have to do is give them a few bucks and who cares who gets your info as long as they get paid.
Nothing like ripping off people who are trying to better themselves in this tough economy.
