I have to take a $250.00 loss because this vendor did not state there shipping policy on items and being that i was not home at the time of the delivery the $250.00 item was left at my front door for 8 hours and stolen, This all could have been avoided by just allowing there customers to know that they do not require signatures when delivering purchases. So beware and be informed when ordering from this vendor because if you experience a loss don't expect pond passions to help you there just in it for the profit not customer service.
