I worked for The Law Office Of Roni Deutch. I started out as most employees do. I thought that I was doing a service for the working poor of our country. After about a year I found out that I was wrong. Roni has nothing or very little to do with representing her clients. She usually comes in for a couple of days a month if the number of new clients is at what she considers a low number. She's known for throwing temper tantrums in sales meeting and actually cussing while she screams and belittles her employees.
This is how it works. If you are hired by the firm as a "Director of Taxation Services" (telemarketer), you have 2 to three days of training by Russell Deutch and then he declares you to be "Tax Expert".in Russell's training class he simply tells in about 3 minutes how and Offer In Compromise (the firm's bread and butter) works. Then he has sit next to various other telemarketers on the floor to listen. He has you role play on the phone with him after he gives you 1 hour history of his "career in theater".
He gives you a list of pressure points to use in your sales. He calls using these pressure points "opening the wound and making them bleed". Such pressure points are "knock knock knock, Mr. Johnson, did you hear that? That's the IRS knocking on your door." Or "piece of mind is worth it's weight in gold". Russell told me that he laughed in his head with that one because thoughts are not tangible and have no weight. Russell just basically get's a huge pay check for feeling important, tall, acne free and looking busy. All of the "tax experts" are in contstant fear of their jobs.
