Due to her own health reasons (apparently), Michelle couldn't be relied upon to cover our wedding as planned. She agreed to send a refund for the 50% that we paid as deposit, but after two months still hasn't sent payment. She no longer responds to communication from me. I found her to be a most unprofessional person to work with. Other people have now told me that she has been similarly unprofessional (no communication) with them, too.
