My first contact with First Data Global Leasing was with my shop Abode in That shop was closed and I moved my rented CC processing machine to a second location. I notified First Data at that time. I was lead to believe that this was acceptable and business went ahead with clients' credit card payments being processed to Oh So Pretty. Then I began to get strange bills. When I called to question same, I was told I had two leases and owed money for both. No amount of discussion, no number of telephone calls to numerous people could get anything straightened out. They also appear to think I have two sets of equipment. My contract with First Data was bought out and equipment returned by Merchant Lynnx. I have proof of delivery of the returned equipment. Even with that, First Data does not acknowledge receipt. They continue to deny.
Their customer service personnel are exceptionally bellicose. I have never spoken with so many impolite and contentious people. Supervisors are worse than lower level employees. As a result, I no longer want to try to speak with them and I will never settle with them in any way.
