Failure to print and deliver magazines despite 2000 paid upfront

I contacted Atlas Print Group via the internet in February and obtained a quotation to print my glossy A4 Magazines. The quote was competitive but in line with current market prices. I had to pay the total upfront, which is not dissimmilar to other print companies.

To date (June), I have not had delivery of the magazines. The phones are now unmanned and it is evident that my work has been outsourced to a factory in Lithuania.

I have received two letters from this factory, delivered via email, explaining that they are having problems with their factory and can I "please be patient". The person whom I made the point of sale with rarely responds to my emails. When he does, it is simply to say that the matter is being dealt with by his "European Office" (i.E. The Lithuanian factory).

My magazines have time sensitive advertisements and competitions, which will run out 30th June.
