Directv is charging a cancellation fee of $240 because I had to cancel my service. The reason I had to cancel is because the dish could not be installed in the back patio because there is no satellite reception and I could not get manager's approval for installation of dish in another area other than the back patio. I told them that it is unfair because it is not my fault that there is no satellite reception and no manager's approval and they said that I had to pay the cancellation fee because I chose to move and it was my decision to remain living were I am.
I think that this is so unfair because it is out of my control & they are taking advantage of people like me and others that work so hard for our money.
