My Tale -
I had been cheated out-of $30,000 in harm states, support problems and deceptive payment by HEP Immediate. We've pictures from HEP IMMEDIATE of furniture they admited they ruined, it is all-in publishing, their very own handwriting! I've a bunch of Shipping seats a mile-high where motorists mentioned products were broken in-transit. I delivered 350 purchases with HEP Immediate over a-one year time. After I submitted injury states, I'd never hear back from anybody. This guy might prevent my calls or create explanations why he could not speak. After I pushed the problem, he offered me credit memos which were useless bits of document. I respected this guy. I never obtained a cent back from all of the furniture they ruined. I also never gotten discounts for that deceptive payment. He got my cash for deliveries they never obtained from us. He explained a couple of months before they'd fixed all of the broken furniture and requested that I send anyone to choose it-up. I settled another delivery organization to deliver a driver who recorded in most single-piece was broken or had poor repair work. We've pictures and notarized statements in the driver. Mr. Hewitt HASN'T provided a reason why he took approximately $30,000 from me. He's been really cowardly concerning the whole scenario. Preventing, operating, lieing, dodging and covering...
Lessons learned
Foolishly, used to donot operate a legal background-check just before participating in company with this particular guy and HEP Immediate. Had I recognized his CHAOTIC legal past, difficult jail-time and his wreckless disregard for ladies as well as their security, I'd not have obtained this type of danger. Our year-long have a problem with this guy and his organization continues to be disastrous not just in my experience and my company but my loved ones aswell. Both economically and psychologically. I received a contact from Mr. Hewitt arrogantly telling me to "Control Myself Appropriately" when talking out towards the community. Towards the opposite, he's the one which must "Control Herself". Public information demonstrate his offenses and violations extend across numerous claims (Utah, Oregan, New York, Tx, Atlanta, Illinois and Washington).
