Jessie Performs services not requested, sexually harrassing, management unhelpful

I initially saw the advertisment for this company in our local Clipper magazine, with a decent rate for duct cleaning, to include dryer vents so I called to book an appointment. I should have known when they didn't answer the phone with the company name, and the person taking the information did not seem like they had any routine in regards to setting up appointments. A week later a technician arrived, only to tell me that my unit was on it's last leg, I needed a new one, that it would cost a quite a bit to even try to bandaid it, and that he could get me a "pre-summer" special on a new unit. I indicated I could not afford a new unit, and he told me they did finance, and it was simple interest, and the money I would save in AC bills would equal the payment. He also indicated to me that with a new unit, the duct sanitizing and the re-usable filter, as well as freon would be included with the new unit. After speaking to someone on the phone about finance, who asked for my personal information without even telling me in what way any of this was to be financed (although I did finally get out of her that it was supposedly through GE Credit) I decided not to go the route of financing a new unit, I would sweat it out with this one and just keep adding freon for now. When the technician, Jessie, gave me the bill, for what was supposedly a $79 duct cleaning and freon, it was for $599, which included a $199 duct sanitizing that I never asked for, and would not have ordered as a standalone service. They took the initiative to perform this service under the pretense that it was going to be "free" with the purchase of a new unit. Additionally, once they left, the temperature in my home proceeded to go up from 78 degrees to 83 degrees. When I called the technician back, he indicated that that was normal, that he was out of the area, but when he got back in the area he would come by again, and to just turn the unit off for now, he wanted to see how it cooled when he got there.By the time he arrived it was 85 degrees in my house. He essentially said at that time that it wasn't 85 in my house, that there was a problem with my thermostat, and if I would go to Home Depot and get a thermostat and call him, he would come back by and switch it out for me, at no cost, even though he is supposed to charge $80 to do it. He indicated that it wouldn't take him long, like 10 minutes, that he was "very fast... Well, not fast at EVERYTHING. Somethings he did slow, and he would "make it slow for me." I was appalled at this sexually harrassing comment and the following morning I called the company to complain about the comments, request he never be sent out again and demand a refund for the service I did NOT request, which was the $199 duct sanitizing. Again, I should mention that when you call, they do not answer the phone with the company name, and in fact, did not want to confirm I had reached their company when I inquired. After explaining my situation and asking to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold. When someone returned, I had to explain the entire situation again, only to have them ask ME why I paid for a service I didn't want. I in turn asked him "why did your technician sexually harrass me?" During this conversation, shockingly, I received a call from the technician who did this, no doubt because someone in the office called him to tell him of the complaint. I did not answer the call. The "supervisor" then told me he would have to speak with the technician and get back to me the following day. I indicated this was not acceptable, that the technician is obviously available since he just called me, and that I expected a call back today, and a resolution today, to include a refund for the non-requested services and a guarantee that this technician would never be sent out to my home again. The gentleman was reluctant to agree to this, and when I asked him his name, he would only give me a first name. When I asked for his last name, he mumbled something that I could not understand and when I asked him to spell it, he would not spell it clearly. From the best I could tell, his name is Jerry Dero, although I could not confirm this. It has been several hours and I still have not heard anything back. I plan to complain to the BBB as well as trying to find additional corporate numbers to file a formal complaint with them.
