I am on a limited income and do not understand alot of things. I was approached by a Vicky at the All American Appliance Store to purchase a warranty plan back in November she explained that it would pick-up about 99.9% for the cost on my Whirlpool washer and dryer. I explain that time were tough, and I really did not have the funds. So long and behold I have a warranty.
After about three months the washer started acting up. So I called American Appliance Store they told me that the warranty did not cover the parts I needed. I had to pay out of pocket (cash) to have my washer fixed. May my machine is broke and the warranty will not work and they want cash to fix it. I would recommend to people to stay away from this company.
