I purchased 2 bundles of brazilian curly loose curl from this company in march i had no problems. When i recieved the hair i realized that it was'nt enough i so then i went back and purchase another bundle. Thats when they sent me the wrong hair.
I then email them and told them they sent me the wrong hair. They told me that when you try to purchase the same hair its not going to be the same because they have different reciepents. So then they told me to send them a picture of bundles of hair they sent me the first time. Which i did and i sent them back the wrong hair they sent me. So nine days later they sent me another hair which was even more worse then the last time. So then i email them back and called they do not answer there phone and they have not answered any of my emails. I do not know what to do next.
