Company website (http://www.wordwatch.com/customers/new-advertisers/) advertises to potential clients a $100 Google AdWord credit when signing up for their $149 starter package. Company promotes such credit to attract customers, particularly with the mindset that after the free advertising credit provided, the actual cost of service is $49.
This can be inferred from reading sales text. Regardless of this inference, the promise is clear and in writing. Company did not provide the credit and refuses to take responsibility for a bill received from Google, Inc.in the amount of $102.11. This bill, which should have been $2.11 if WordWatch did their job as promised, would have left my bank account in satisfactory condition.
However, due to their negligence, I am now faced with countless non-sufficient fund charges, while WordWatch refuses to take responsibility for their actions.
