The company receptionist, and carpet cleaner personal are all very friendly and more then willing to help you. However, when a problem was found afterwards, they changed. They no longer know how to handle their customers, in such a manner.
I had my carpet cleaned, I had no idea they went into my bathroom to get water until they already had. I saw when the cleaning guy brought water out in a bucket.
The last cleaning company brought everything they needed, basically a self contained service.
I didn't have a problem with he doing so, but do believe the employee should have asked so I could have supervised him. After the job was done, and he was gone I went into the bathroom and the hot water was pouring out of the faucet. I turned it off as hard as I could; however, the water was still coming out. It had slowed down, but was in no manner was it a drip.
I called the company, before calling my apartment manager as they broke it and it was their responsibility to fix it.
The receptionist, a different lady then the one I spoke to earlier in the day said she'd have someone call me. At 4:34 pm I received a hang up call from 843-884-7814, then at 4:39 pm a man called again from that number, and inquired what the problem was. He called the cleaning tech. And then called me back again at 4:42 pm. He in no way wanted to take responsibility for the problem; however, he said Dan would come back by to look at it on his way home.
Dan came by and looked at it and said it was a bad O ring. I informed him the complex had repaired the faucet about 3 months ago. He said he did not do it, and it was their responsibility. Now I am in an apartment currently and yes management will fix it; however, all you home-owners beware of this company. THEY will not REPAIR anything they damage when they are there performing their service.
One additional note: The receptionist that booked my appointment made sure to inform me that all the guys were bonded. Who really cares, if they break something, deny it, and then blame it on the apartment complex??? I mean really, who cares if they will not conduct themselves in a professional manner???
