I had recieved a pop up on MSN about some wrinkle cream, 2 different ones. One was called Biogenists and the other Revivageix. When i was acquiring about these products, nothing ever said that it was a 2 week trial and then we will charge you the full amount of one product 92.95 and the other 82.64. I had called these companies to find out why i was being charged, thankfully after talking with the first company Biogenists they are going to refund me the full price of 82.64 and did not want me to return the product but i am. But the other company was not so understanding and told me that at first he would only refund me half and i told him that was unexceptable and then he proceeded to tell me that i didn't look very good on their webite for the free trail, only thing was i didn't go thru their website, it was a popup, and he refused to let me talk to a supervisor about the mix up and i told him i will be returning the product and will get my refund of 92.95 which was not worth that amount of money that all of this has caused. I will never buy anything fron the internet again like this. And be treated so rudely by that guy from the Revivageix. Just be cautious and they are better an cheaper stuff out there. I know i will be.
