I am saddened and frustrated with my recent experience purchasing a spiritual item from this online company (Cybermoon Emporium P.O. Box 15, Ellabell Ga, 30308 also Cybermoon Emporium PO Box 1342 Pembroke, GA 31321. On 14 Dec I ordered this religious item as a Christmas gift; however, it did not arrive within the time frame. The Visa credit card was promptly charged before any delivery was made. When I called the phone number (404-348-4477) that appear on my credit card transaction statement, it was the wrong number belonging to Mr. Stevens a Food catering Service (GoWaiter of Alpharetta GA). I also called a number that I found in the Better Business Bureau web page (912-858-4626) but when called it sounded like a Fax machine.
I emailed them three times in an attempt to learn what had happened, never got the merchandise, the merchant absolutely failed to respond to my emails.
