Captain Waldo'a Aquatic Emporium took money for products they did NOT ship! They will NOT respond to any of my attempts to contact them!
I placed an order with Captain Waldo's Aquatic Emporium on January 11. Paid with Paypal at the same time. The product was on backorder - I had the time to wait, I have done this before with this company without ANY problems.
I have attempted to contact this business using their 'Contact Us' part of their web page many times over the last 6 weeks without ANY response. Nothing but aggravation.
I don't hold out a lot of hope of getting my order or a refund - I only want to advise other people to avoid this business.
Rather than giving Captain Waldo's money for nothing, give it to a charity - at least then you can feel good about giving money away and you won't expect anything but a tax write off in return.
