Joyce Becker rented a house from me. She seemed nice and seemed to have her act together!
Boy was I wrong! First she scammed me out of a big part of the security deposit! Then promised me that she was going to stay for five years so she had me do all this custom work including $1000worth brand new carpet that I even let her pick out the color for! For this my reward is Within months she was paying late or not the full amount! I begged her just to call and let me know when she was going to be late. But she never did she just paid whatever and whenever she wanted (Its all about Joyce)
Of course half way through the lease she is calling me because she wants to break it and move out (By then I was so sick of her paying late I really did not care)
But here is the kicker and this is why I write this today to make sure this scam artist bitch never pulls this on another person! She wanted to pay the water and sewer. She even talked me down in rent saying she would pay these because she is always over that way! She lied not only did she lie she won't so far out of the way she sent me copies of the checks the she gave to the sewer authority. Problem is three of them bounced! This loser wrote more bad checks to the sewer authority in one year then i did my entire life. She turned what should have been a $320 sewer fee for the year she was there into over $600 with all the bad check fess, late fees, and municipal lien fees! The entire time keeping hidden from me what was really going on! Then she had the nerve to say one of the bills should have been part mine because she moved in half way through the quarter! Fine whatever but why did you not tell me I would have given you the $45 after all i did for you you could not pay half a sewer bill! She finally did pay a lot of it but she still stuck me with a bill for over $200! I got a six year old kid bitch I have better things to do with my money then pay for your finacially irresponsible ass!
Anyway I once liked Joyce but as I said before at the age of 46 I have only ever written one bad check in my life. (and it was only bad because a tenants check bounced) and you wrote three bad ones to one place in a year. So to all you people who do business with Joyce do as you want! But I prefer to do business with people with better math skills and less of an honesty problem!
