We bought their product Kollagen Intensiv and decided against using it. We returned the first shipment with a request to cancel.
They then sent a second shipment. We attempted to return it, unopened, and get a refund, but got nothing but grief from the people on their phone service.
They refused to refund. I suggest whoever wishes to buy their product think twice before doing so as it will be extremely difficult to cancel and get a refund if they're not satisfied.
