SU magazine SCAM - Fraudulently promoted event for charity. Also non reciept of services paid fo

SUpermodels unlimited promoted a Model search i submitted my eldest daughter to - I was please that she was 'selected" and began a string of coorespondances with the Editor of the publication Kim Lawrence (Clark), MArc Passera and a number of other staff members. We were asked to do a shoot for the magazine in order for may daughter to appear as a rising Star. We paid the fee and got the shoot and had no issues - HOWEVER - that is not where it ended.

IN JAnuary we were asked to be part of a celebrity fashion event in Miami - for a fee - this 'fee" was to go towards the Charity for the event which was a BReast Cancer Fundraiser. I have a specific email claiming it was a 100% charitable donation. We have come to find out - no donations have been made.

A couple months later I was shipped a box of product - hair accessories - for not only my one daughter but a SECOND younger child to model. A Photo shoot was arranged - a fee was paid - this in exchange for the opportunity for both girls to appear in the magazine. We did the shoot - successfully. At the shoot conversations were had BY PHONE in my presance between the Photog and the editor as to how to handle the product in the shoot - was it to be exclusively a "woobie Wear" shoot or can images be taken without the product. The Photog was informed how to proceed. I inquired about when the images were to be published and was told they werre not being used as it was never discussed that the shoot in question woudl be for the intent of publication - a COMPLETE fallicy - again I have messages and emails stating the original intention and also the renegging on the deal.

I bit the bullet and in order to make it up to y daughters who ere looking forwrd to being published I booked them in a Fashion show in Boston. This was a show to benefit Make a Wish - a charity near and dear to me as my own daughter had been very ill and was a candidate for make a wish wishes before she had a life saving surgery. Again - no donations had been recieved. I paid $800 total for both of my children to participate. I have coorrespondances to back this claim.

Also - I was present for an announcement that Nole MArin - a model scout and agent who was unable to attend sent word to the editors and staff to 'scout" models for him. The 'models' chosen were NOT the profile of models he would chose - so I called him a few days after the show to find out what happened - he was completely unaware and NEVER authorized any selection of models and didnt" even know who kim was or what SU magazine was even for"...

This is a SCAM in the worst way. DO NOT do any business with them - Report them if you have.
