A scam by Another Cool Name

Under no circumstances should you give this company or any of their "reps" any of your time, and certainly not your money. I have now had two meetings with them just for s-h-*-ts and giggles, and the pattern is the same..."Hey, let's have coffee and I can tell you about this great opportunity." Oh, surprise, I brought along my "friend" who is a little higher on the food chain to answer your questions. He's an R2-D2 Super Performer Level 3 ETT and you should listen to him because he's rich.

They give you the spiel about how wonderful the company is, how much money they're making (by the way, illegal to do), and how you too can become a self-made man in just a few years. The person will no doubt be dressed for success wearing clothes to the nines for a simple coffee meeting. Yay, I'm impressed! Sign me up, oh, by the way, can you show me the profit/loss statement, the # of participants who drop out/succeed, the median commission earned, the average time it takes to achieve said income streams, etc.? All of these questions are mandated by FTC regulation and guidelines for MLM operations.

Of course, this "senior" rep who joined your meeting has to call corporate for this information because they don't know and they're shocked you would ask for it because, hey, this is a "great opportunity and you're over-thinking it." They will then tell you about all the companies they work with, the trips the company has paid for, and that Donald Trump endorses it and 3 former Attorney General's sit on their board because they believe in the integrity of the company. Wow! Celebrity endorsement! Yay, I seem to remember Bernie Madoff tried the same approach, and we all know how successful and wealthy he made people.

Now, I've been around the block a few times in business, politics, and investing, and I am fortunate enough to have well known names in my Rolodex most people would die for; all of whom laughed uncontrollably when I told them about ACN's premises, promises, and sales pitch. I know first hand what real wealth looks like and how truly successful people conduct business and handle the simple questions I asked ACN. These are very basic questions and answers that any investor or prospective business owner would ask, and any company representative should be willing to answer.

I can quite confidently say from experience and extensive research that ACN is nothing more than a pyramid scam operating on the thin edge of legality. If you're reading this, you've most likely been contacted by ACN to become the next self-made millionaire. It's an enticing dream, especially in this economy, but if you decide to drink ACN's Kool-Aid, I've got 20 acres of ocean front down in Tucson I'd like to sell you when you're done sipping.

Finally, if you'll notice, many of these complaints or negative reviews are almost immediately followed by someone from ACN staunchly defending the company. That person usually retorts with comments along the lines of "you're a loser, " or "it wasn't meant for you, " or "you didn't work hard enough., " or "you didn't follow the model." The litany of mindless retorts to negative commentary about ACN is endless, but look at other big companies that you know such as McDonald's, Berkshire Hathaway, Wal Mart, etc.

You'll see a big difference in the way negative comments and reviews are handled by their company representatives. This glaring red flag indicates that there are actually ACN reps out there that take it upon themselves to respond to these comments with vitriolic and negative retorts. You will never see that condoned or promulgated from legitimate companies or business entities.
