Picked out a new born puppy from pictures on internet. Contacted castlerock was told to send $500 12 for papal. Was told to call back for an appointment to pick out the puppy we wanted after we paid deposit. Puppy had to be paid for in full when we picked it up in 6/8 weeks. Sent deposit. 3 days later they are demanding full payment. We have called and called wanting to pick out our dog they won't answer phone. They finally answer and tell us we lost our deposit because we didn't pay for a dog. Im not going to pay 2500 for a dog i haven't seen yet.
