In Nov I ordered a Stanley Brush Mower through Sears.com. It was paid for by credit card and expected to be delivered within a few weeks. The mower was not delivered until January 21. I tried to use it several times and as long as I remained on "lawn" it performed well, but the moment it moved to no grass, leaves, uneven terrain, or small brush areas it would bury itself into the ground. At 500# this took multiple people to relocate onto ground it would again move on.in March, after placing only 2.6 hours onto the mower, we tried to return the product as it would not function as promised. We were told to return it to the local Sears store, but after obtaining a trailer to haul it there, were told they couldn't take it back and to deal with GXI who actually shipped it. GXI stated it was non-returnable once the mower was fueled and oiled. After explaining that there is no way to determine functionality of the mower without fueling and oiling they conceded that it should be returned to the local Sears store and they would provide Sears with return authorizations. At that point all communication ceased. They have not contacted Sears, they will not return our calls or emails, and now Sears isn't responding.
