Well over six months ago I requested to World com to turn off my cell phone. A day later the phone was turned off. However, I still get a bill each and every month with a new months charge on it. I have tried every month to make them understand that I have not got phone service with them. THE PHONE IS OFF! The person I talk to each month tells me is is on. NOT!!! I am told it will be taken care of but each month a new bill comes with more charges. The bill is well over $150 now with no end in sight.
