I was subscribed to Time Warner for cable tv, phone, and internet while living in Owensboro, KY. When I phoned to upgrade my service near the end of my contract I was told I could lock the fee with a 2 year contract. The representative told me there would be no cancellation penalty if I relocated to an area where they could not provide service. About a year later I bought a home in Hartford, KY. I called Time Warner and they said they have no service at my new address. My final bill had a contract termination fee of $105 which they refuse to remove. I called customer service and spoke to Susan
(23757) who told me the fee would be charged even if they could not provide service. I have also filed a complaint with the FCC.
