I can verify that what Jane is saying is true. I too work with Bizaccess for several months and fell for their scam.

Since April until now, August 7 I have made about $600 TOTAL. That figure is pretty consistent for most of the reps. Many of them making much less.

They continuously change the contract with absolutely no notice, including the compensation and how much it cost to get involved.

They have asked for amounts ranging between $500 and $55,000. To be involved. Currently they are offering a program that asks for $7000 and in return you supposedly get a salary of $625, a sign on bonus and up to $30 per hour. The people who paid the $55K supposedly will receive a salary of $4167 and a bonus. Not bad if - A. They stay in business. B. If you don't mind financing your own salary.

Those are loans you take out and then give the money to Bizaccess. If they shut down or disappear, you will still owe the loan to the lender.

The contracts are poorly written and generally take all your rights away, leaving you holding the bag if things were to go wrong. Always have a lawyer look at any contract before agreeing to it.

We NEVER did any customer service work at all. The only time we got paid was doing online chats with other people being solicited by ad campaigns (both online and offline) that say you will do customer service work and earn $20, $30 or more dollars per hour. A total exaggeration.

In fact, you earn by the minute while in chat with someone. We were all told that they were busy, busy, busy and that we would definitely make the money. That was a complete fabrication.

They kept us hanging on by making new promises of busier times, but that never happened.

They imply that they do customer service work for major companies listed on their website, when in fact they JUST added the logo's and BizAccess is no more than an affiliate of the companies listed. NO customer service contracts. Just ask one or two of them.

They also say they have a great software program that sells for thousands of dollars, but we have never seen evidence that it is being sold and certainly have never done any cs work regarding it.in addition, I have a background in programming and the software is certainly NOT worth what they say. Just look at their website. It doesn't even talk about it.

The people involved are Robert (Bob) Clay Marshall, Jim Daniels, Arthur Durham, and Stephan Marshall. They also imply that they have many employees, but this is simply not true. Bob and Jim work out of Las Vegas and do most everything. Their office in Vegas is simply a shared rented space.

The supposeded LA office and NY office is a complete mystery.

If you are considering working with them or giving them your money, be VERY careful. Bob is pretty smooth and is really good at telling you what you want to hear.

Regards
