Orchard bank rip off internal charges after acct was closed

I paid account in full requested account to be closed witch they did but kept recuring inturnal charges going and racked up a $900 billthen put a charge off on my credit report and sold the account to Portfolio recovery after my dispute the collection angcy sent me a letter stating I owe Nothing but House hold Bank will not remove it from my credit
