Basically they overcharged me and never responded to my 6 emails about the overcharge. I paid 10GBP for a seedbox account (server space) and they set me up with the type of account that ususally cost 5GBP, half the storage and half the bandwidth.
After sending 6 emails to both the email they said to use if I had problems and using the message system on the server, I got no reply. I decided to write this report after they had the audacity to send me a renewal notice. Luckily I used Paypal, so I think I can open a dispute and get my money back.
DO NOT use these guys, there are plenty of seedbox hosts out there for comparable prices.
