No product delivered

I placed an order on Jan 23 and still haven't received it. The company stopped responding to my emails in March.in that last email they told me the product was going to be delivered the first week of April. I continue to receive daily emails to buy more of their products, but no one at the company will respond to inquiries regarding product delivery.
