I was very surprised to have been ripped off by this on-line company because of how nice its website looked. The site seemed informative about cigars and accessories and offered great deals on cigar humidors.
I ordered one of their humidor and a digital hygrometer and was send a confirmation email stating it would be shipped by ground (4-7 days). 14 days later and after numerous unsuccessful attempts to get any type of response via email and land-line numbers, I conclude... Yes, another on-line company ripped me off. I was fooled by their toll free number which only has a phone message stating, all questions about order status will be answered only on-line or email. I have received no email reply from any of their email addresses.
I was really hoping this was a legitimate company and again, I was impressed by their website and all the products they offered.
