I scheduled a TFP photoshoot to have some pictures taken of my product (watches). I contacted Dan Winters Photography and several other models to have this done. After taking the photographers, he decided to operate in a way that was only benefical to him. He stated in several emails that I am only going to get a certain amount of images. He refused to edit the images. So I terminated his services and told him to not use my watches for any commercial and/or promotional gain. We ended up not coming to solid resolution. No model release were signed giving him permission to use my product or the models. I later noticed that my product is posted on his website edited. I contacted him several times via phone, no answer. I emailed him several times to remove my product from his website, no respond. I found him on facebook and inform him again. He stated I had nothing to do with it. If my product was the main and only reason for putting together the photoshoot. I planned and contacted him and the models and set every thing up, how do I not have anything to do with it. All I want is for him to stop using my product on his website without my consent.
