ComfortDirect.com And Kevin Dyevich rip-off! Consumers by sending you merchandise you didn't order, charges you for them, and lies about it

I ordered a Self Adusting Air Mattress (SAM) from ComfortDirect.com on the advice of a friend. I had the worst dreams of my life while sleeping on this mattress and I never have trouble sleeping. Although the warranty stated 90 nights for free and satisfaction guaranteed, when I called to obtain a return authorization, Kevin argued with me about it. I emailed him several times and then called again and he relented and gave me the authorization.

The problem is, I didn't order pillows, the salesman, George, didn't mention anything about pillows, but the packing slip listed pillows as being back ordered. When they arrived, I didn't open the box because I didn't order them and didn't intend to keep them much less pay for them. However, the credit issued to my credit card was $120 short. Meanwhile, my credit card company MBNA said they couldn't help me first because they had to way to force the retailer to repay shipping charges. When I told them it wasn't for shipping, they told me they couldn't help me because the time limit had run out. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Kevin lied to them.

I shipped all four packages back to the specified address, the same address it had been shipped from via UPS.
1st tracking number: 1ZR80V970326294075
2nd tracking number: 1ZR80V970326291087
3rd tracking number: 1ZR80V970326285101
4th tracking number: 1ZR80V970392954755

All packages were delivered on March 3 and signed for by a LeBlanc, yet Kevin told the Better Business Bureau that the pillows never made it back to the factory and anyway, we don't take back pillows. If I had ordered them, I wouldn't have a problem, but I didn't so I don't think I should have to pay for something I didn't order or use.
