I ordered a shampoo and a conditioner from Luxury Parlor and they charged my account right away. I waited patiently for the merchandise to arrive, but never received it. After two weeks I tried contacting them via e-mail (they don't list any phone number on their web-site) several times. They never responded. Finally, I decided to google them and find their contact information and to my surprise I found several other similar complaints about them on-line. The phone number they have listed on line is an answering system. They will never call you back. Beware of these charlatans!
